Staying at the hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with great soundproofing, providing a modern and cozy atmosphere. The service went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, offering helpful recommendations and even accommodating a late check-out. The location, while not offering many local food options yet, was calm and close to the sea, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options from both Chinese and Western cuisines. However, the location could use more local dining choices, and the bay area is still developing, limiting the available amenities in the area.
The hotel has beautiful and well-designed rooms that are safe for kids. They are super comfortable, and the breakfast is amazing. However, the location can be very far away. The service is kind and friendly, going out of their way to take care of all your needs, but it can be inconsistent.
